Guest Services Leader – Travel Center

About the role

Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and the overall operations of the store. The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills to respond to guest needs and ensures the facility runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise employees and manage daily store operations.
• Assist managers with tasks required to keep the facility well‑maintained.
• Maintain knowledge of store operations and uphold the company’s commitment to quality and customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Strong customer service abilities and a focus on maintaining a customer‑centric culture.
• Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and related equipment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Successful completion of a background check.
