Guest Services Leader (Shift Leader)

About the role

Pilot Company, a network of travel centers with more than 750 retail and fueling locations across 43 U.S. states and six Canadian provinces, is hiring a Guest Services Leader (shift leader) at its Lincoln, Alabama location. Shift leaders supervise employees and the day-to-day operations of the store and must have excellent customer service skills.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise employees and general operations of the store
• Respond to customer needs with excellent customer service
• Assist managers with tasks needed to keep facilities well maintained and running smoothly
• Help maintain a customer-focused culture

Required profile

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
• Customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer-focused culture
• Team player who can interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors and corporate representatives
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays
• Background check required

• Proficiency with a calculator, computer and other equipment
