Guest Service Representative – Front Desk

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our front‑desk team at a portfolio of Hilton and Marriott hotels. In this full‑time position you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every stay begins and ends with a warm, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle payments.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and reservations with accuracy and courtesy.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and Sales to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain daily front‑desk logs, room assignments, and resolve any guest concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
• Prior hotel or customer‑service experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
