Hotel Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our hotel’s maintenance team. In this role you will ensure that all building systems and equipment operate safely and efficiently, providing a comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other hotel systems.
• Schedule maintenance tasks to minimize disruption to hotel operations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance staff while enforcing safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues quickly.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to address maintenance concerns.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and supplies for cost‑effective operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel or commercial maintenance, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to handle emergency repairs.
• Effective time‑management and task‑prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork orientation.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
