Guest Room Attendant

About the role

Join PENN Entertainment as a Guest Room Attendant and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for hotel guests. You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, hallways, linen rooms, and other designated areas while delivering friendly service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, hallways, linen rooms, employee and storage areas as directed.
• Maintain and clean all equipment used during the shift.
• Document duties completed each shift.
• Report safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly.
• Greet guests with a pleasant demeanor and assist with basic requests.
• Support the house person on department projects when needed.
• Uphold confidentiality and security measures at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least six months of cleaning experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn, follow directions, and work at an acceptable performance rate.
• Ability to communicate basic instructions in English.
• Professionalism and strong confidentiality.

Required skills

• Operation of cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and brooms.
