Guest Experience Lead Supervisor

About the role

Legends Global is hiring a Guest Experience Lead Supervisor in Bossier City. The supervisor ensures event staff are in their assigned roles, checks the placement of security screening devices and ticket scanners, and assists the Guest Experience Manager with set-up. The position involves supervising staff, handling guest concerns and supporting traffic and parking management.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure event staff are in their assigned roles and check the placement of security screening devices and ticket scanners.
• Carry out supervisory duties in line with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Assist the Guest Experience Manager with set-up of security screening equipment, signage and other items.
• Oversee check-in and check-out of guest experience staff, including uniform and equipment distribution.
• Respond to and properly document any incidents that occur.
• Assist guests with customer concerns, including ticket resolution.
• Assist with traffic and parking management as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience; one year of experience stated as a baseline.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and within a tight schedule, and to maintain good relationships with clients, employees, exhibitors and guests.
• Follows policies, risk management, safety precautions, rules and emergency procedures at the facility.
• Knowledge of facility security practices and procedures.
• Licensed and insured to drive a motor vehicle in the United States.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.

Physical demands

• Strenuous duties including lifting, carrying, moving and climbing.
• Lifting up to 75 lbs of equipment and walking or standing for long periods during a shift.
• Majority of work indoors, with occasional outdoor work in adverse weather and possible exposure to high noise, strobes and flashing lights.
• Extended and/or irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
