Guest Experience Assistant Manager

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Guest Experience is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for delivering a high‑quality experience to guests and supporting team members in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team, fostering an inclusive and respectful culture.
• Drive exceptional guest experiences through on‑floor leadership, product education, and timely issue resolution.
• Partner with the Store Manager on hiring, performance management, and budgeting.
• Analyze business metrics to inform sales planning and operational decisions.

Required profile

• Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to travel to the assigned store.
• Minimum 1 year of people‑management and leadership experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• People management and coaching.
• Customer service and conflict resolution.
• Basic retail operations and visual merchandising.
