Guest Experience Ambassador

About the role

The Guest Experience Ambassador is a key member of the Front Office team at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club. Reporting to the Assistant Guest Experience Manager, you will create personalized, seamless, and memorable stays for luxury guests.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate arrivals and prepare for departures, ensuring smooth guest flow.
• Manage transportation requests and coordinate with internal departments.
• Communicate guest preferences, previous experiences, and important information across all teams.
• Connect with Elite and high‑profile guests, executing elite arrival protocols consistently.
• Identify opportunities to personalize stays and exceed guest expectations.

Required profile

• Previous front office experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong organizational abilities and knowledge of hotel operations.
• Effective communication and creative problem‑solving skills.
