About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures every guest area of the hotel is clean, well‑maintained and ready to deliver a memorable stay. Working on the Courtyard by Marriott in Dulles, you will be part of a team that creates a welcoming atmosphere for travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restocking carts and delivering amenities.
• Maintain safety and hygiene protocols throughout the property.
• Handle linens, supplies and equipment, ensuring proper inventory levels.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to support overall guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk and lift objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance and clear communication.
• Reliability for day and evening shifts on a full‑time schedule.

Required skills

• Physical stamina for extended periods of walking, standing and manual handling.
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping tools and cleaning chemicals.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
