GTM Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

GitLab is seeking a GTM Recruiter to build and scale go‑to‑market teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and related functions. You will own end‑to‑end searches, partner with hiring leaders, and champion inclusive hiring practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle searches for roles such as Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Sales Development and Sales Operations.
• Lead intake meetings to define role scope, quota, ramp expectations and interview plans.
• Partner with hiring teams to conduct structured, equitable interviews and provide actionable feedback.
• Use market research, compensation benchmarks and funnel metrics to shape search strategy.
• Develop diversity‑focused sourcing plans and maintain a balanced pipeline.
• Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience through timely communication and clear offer negotiations.

Required profile

• Intermediate‑level recruiting experience with a track record of independent full‑cycle searches.
• Experience or strong interest in sales/go‑to‑market recruiting, understanding quotas, OTE and sales cycles.
• Proven ability to build stakeholder trust, influence without authority and manage multiple requisitions.
• Data‑informed approach to turning funnel insights into actions.
