About the role

Compound is a fast‑growing AI‑powered wealth management firm managing over $5B for clients across 50+ financial advisors. The GTM Engineer, Advisor Recruiting will own the top‑of‑the‑funnel outbound motion that delivers qualified financial‑advisor conversations to the Director of Advisor Recruiting.

Key responsibilities

• Drive consistent, predictable outbound volume by improving sequencing, enrichment, and data quality.
• Evaluate and optimize the outbound tooling stack (HubSpot, Clay, FINTRX, HeyReach, Smartlead).
• Build and run personalized‑at‑scale outreach across email and LinkedIn.
• Craft outreach copy that feels personal and generates replies.
• Own meeting‑booking targets, report performance, and collaborate with the Head of Marketing on future motion.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional comfortable owning metrics and iterating without a fixed playbook.
• AI‑native with fluency in modern outbound technology stacks.
• Strong sense of what makes cold messaging truly personalized.
• Motivated to build leverage rather than grind manual lists.
