GTM Associate

About the role

As a GTM Associate at rilla, you will drive growth by evangelizing conversation intelligence to offline sales teams. You’ll own the top of the sales funnel, prospecting and engaging new leads to accelerate the company’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, research, and engage new leads daily, owning the top of the sales funnel.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Reactivate cold leads and build a robust pipeline.
• Travel to conferences to close deals on the spot or schedule demos for AEs.
• Handle inbound leads from the website and support the team with ad‑hoc tasks.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong prospecting and cold‑outreach abilities (phone, email, LinkedIn).
• Ability to quickly become an expert on product, customers, and sales process.
