Part-Time Retail Ambassador

About the role

Everlane is looking for a part-time Ambassador in Brooklyn to bring the brand to life for customers and deliver a best-in-class store experience. The role is customer-focused, fast-paced and involves styling, educating customers and supporting the team across the store.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and style products using product knowledge and give fit advice
• Educate customers about the brand's mission, values and ethos
• Work with a customer-first mindset and show up to shifts on time
• Be flexible across shifts and work in multiple zones while communicating with the team
• Process purchases, returns and exchanges
• Keep the store clean and tidy and maintain store presentation
• Process, organize and prepare inventory and restock the sales floor

Required profile

• Retail, sales or service industry experience
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort receiving feedback
• Minimum of 12 hours of availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Able to lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds and to stand and move around the store
• Age 18 or older
