Growth Specialist – Mobile App

About the role

Better Collective is seeking a Growth Specialist for its Action Network mobile app to own and execute full‑funnel growth initiatives. You will work closely with product, paid media, CRM, analytics, creative and engineering teams to acquire, activate, engage and retain high‑quality users.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day app growth roadmap, targeting installs, account creations, active users, feature adoption and retention.
• Partner with Paid Media and Product teams to optimise acquisition channels such as Apple Ads, Meta, Google, X, ASO and custom product pages, and improve onboarding journeys.
• Develop and run growth experiments across onboarding flows, feature discovery and messaging.
• Monitor campaign performance, DAU, MAU and conversion metrics using AppsFlyer, Tableau and other attribution tools.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance research, data analysis, experimentation and reporting.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience driving mobile app growth across the full user journey.
• Hands‑on experience with App Store Optimization, paid‑media channels, lifecycle marketing and growth experimentation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable priorities.
