Growth Partnerships Lead / Associate

About the role

Sailor Health is seeking a Growth Partnerships Lead / Associate to scale its patient growth engine. Based in New York City, you will report to the Head of Growth and work across the company to accelerate both B2B and B2C distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize proven B2B and B2C channels, managing CAC, testing roadmaps, and budget allocation.
• Identify, pilot, and scale new distribution channels such as Medicare Advantage plans, physician groups, and senior centers.
• Build and maintain growth analytics models, including CAC by channel, funnel conversion, cohort retention, and unit economics.
• Automate workflows with AI, creating internal web apps for reporting, forecasting, and campaign management.

Required profile

• 2 to 7 years of operational or analytical experience in consulting, banking, private equity, growth marketing, or fast‑moving startup operations.
• Hands‑on experimental mindset: design, run, and evaluate tests quickly.
• Strong communication skills, able to translate complex analysis into concise recommendations and build partner relationships.
• Deep empathy for patients aged 65+ and commitment to improving their care experience.

Required skills

• Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling abilities.
• SQL proficiency (plus).
