Growth Marketing Manager – SMB Advertising

About the role

Uber Advertising is looking for a digital‑savvy Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale the self‑serve advertising experience for small‑and‑medium business (SMB) merchants. You will drive adoption of ads by leading website overhauls, global campaigns, and in‑product education initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive redesign of the Uber Advertising website and embed specialized ad content into the broader merchant site to boost organic and paid conversions.
• Develop and execute a consistent global campaign strategy—including paid media, webinars, and evergreen programs—to attract unmanaged SMB restaurants.
• Partner with Product Marketing, GCRM, and other B2B functions to ensure unified messaging and data‑driven triggers across the merchant lifecycle.
• Own the marketing strategy for the new Learning Center, delivering in‑product education and seamless onboarding for small businesses.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to migrate customer data into internal tools and build the B2B infrastructure needed for global scaling.
• Track primary KPIs such as SMB penetration, quarter‑over‑quarter retention, and web traffic/conversion rates.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of experience in growth, SMB, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in AdTech or commerce media.
• Proven track record running paid acquisition campaigns and managing website strategy/overhauls for B2B audiences.
• Strong ability to use data‑driven segmentation and product usage insights to create high‑conversion customer journeys.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Self‑starter who can own projects and work independently.
