Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Rundoo is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead its first dedicated growth marketing function. Based in Redwood City, you will own the partner and co‑op channel, turning marketing spend into qualified pipeline and ARR while traveling to co‑op markets, partner events, and stores across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand the referral program, running quarterly incentive campaigns and affiliate tracks that generate high‑return leads.
• Map, manage, and nurture relationships with roughly twenty partners across paint, hardware, farm & feed, lawn & garden, and lumber verticals.
• Turn partner spend into pipeline by negotiating rate cards, creating co‑marketing assets, and running multi‑channel campaigns.
• Enable Account Executives with partner‑rep data tools and coach reps on value‑based selling.
• Track all partner activities in the Campaigns DB and report pipeline and ARR metrics to the Head of Marketing.

Required profile

• 3+ years of growth marketing, demand generation, or revenue‑owning marketing experience with a proven record of driving ARR.
• Hands‑on operator who builds collateral, runs campaigns, and manages relationships end‑to‑end.
• Comfortable measuring success by sourced pipeline and closed‑won ARR rather than activity metrics.
• Ability to travel as needed and work onsite in Redwood City.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce (accounts, contacts, campaigns, pipeline reporting).
• Strong spreadsheet and data‑management skills for list building and outreach tooling.
• Experience using AI tools to draft collateral and outreach material quickly.
