Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Mirage, an AI‑native video platform, is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive performance advertising and shape the creative strategy behind its paid campaigns. Based in the Union Square office in New York, you will work closely with the Performance Marketing and Creative teams to translate data insights into high‑impact ads that accelerate user growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create and launch performance ads for paid social platforms, aligning with business objectives.
• Develop and manage a creative testing roadmap, prioritising hypotheses and iterating on winning concepts.
• Own end‑to‑end creative performance analysis, building dashboards, diagnosing funnel drop‑offs and identifying patterns across hooks and formats.
• Write hypothesis‑driven creative briefs for internal teams, agencies and external creators.
• Collaborate with video editors, designers and creators to produce high‑volume direct‑response video and static ads, reviewing scripts and edits.
• Partner with influencer marketing to source creators and define creator criteria.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance advertising and growth marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate performance data into actionable creative strategies.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, creative and growth teams.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑moving, AI‑focused environment.
