Growth Marketer

About the role

Playbypoint is the operating system for modern sports clubs, serving 1,000+ clubs in over 40 countries. As a Growth Marketer you will own the end‑to‑end journey that turns club operators into qualified leads and ultimately customers, building repeatable systems that scale without constant manual effort.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives from keyword research and technical audits to backlink acquisition and content strategy.
• Manage HubSpot as the system of record, creating lifecycle and product email campaigns, maintaining clean workflows and segmentation.
• Own the marketing website, guiding expansion, conversion optimization, and traffic‑to‑pipeline pathways.
• Brief and steer an external agency on paid‑media targets, messaging, and reporting to maintain stable ROAS.
• Track full‑funnel performance (MQL to closed‑deal) and deliver monthly analytics reports with insights and recommendations.
• Maintain recurring channels such as webinars and a referral engine, ensuring they run on automated systems.
• Identify, test, and scale new growth channels while pruning under‑performing experiments.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated track record of launching and scaling a growth channel with measurable results.
• Hands‑on ability across the marketing stack – strategy, copy, design, paid operations, analytics, and content – without relying on external resources.
• Data‑driven mindset that leverages AI tools for efficiency while applying strong human judgment.
