Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

JunoJuno is building a digital acquisition engine to help students find competitive private loan options. As a Growth Marketing Manager you will own the expansion of our paid acquisition channels, turning ideas into live tests that reach higher‑education students wherever they research financing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit and creator networks, iterating quickly to scale winning tactics.
• Expand the channel portfolio by designing experiments that identify new profitable growth opportunities.
• Develop brand‑focused assets that position JunoJuno as a trusted name during students’ loan research phase.
• Own budget allocation, performance tracking and reporting across all paid media.

Required profile

• 2–7 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, or 2–4 years in management consulting with a proven track record of building growth motions.
• Hands‑on experience launching, optimizing and terminating paid campaigns.
• Strong analytical judgment to make decisions from incomplete data.
• Ability to build technical tools or scripts when existing solutions are lacking.
