Programmatic Ad Partnerships Manager

About the role

Haystack News is a fast‑growing TV news platform on Connected TVs. As the Programmatic Ad Partnerships Manager you will own relationships with U.S. advertising partners, run day‑to‑day programmatic operations and help drive revenue through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with programmatic advertising partners (SSPs/DSPs).
• Manage daily operations of the programmatic advertising business, including traffic and integration troubleshooting.
• Oversee reporting and analytics, build performance dashboards, and forecast revenue opportunities.
• Monitor and optimize pricing and performance of Haystack’s ad inventory.
• Identify KPIs, track progress, and support the launch of new ad products.
• Drive ad‑tech partnerships and integrations such as SDKs and DMPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in ad operations, programmatic advertising or related roles.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of using data to influence decisions.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables).
• SQL for data analysis (preferred).
• Experience with paid marketing platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads (preferred).
