Marketing Manager - Pre-Opening Private Members Club

About the role

Paris Society is developing a private members club in Key Biscayne, Miami, set to open in Spring 2027, and is seeking a Marketing Manager to join its pre-opening team. Reporting to the Managing Director with a dotted-line link to corporate marketing leadership, the role leads all marketing initiatives: brand positioning, member acquisition, events, partnerships, content, social media and local engagement. It is a chance to shape the launch strategy and build awareness from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run the property's pre-opening and ongoing marketing strategy
• Build brand awareness before launch through campaigns, partnerships, events and community engagement
• Work with operational leaders on storytelling and activations that bring the guest and member experience to life
• Oversee content across digital, social media, email and promotional channels
• Manage relationships with agencies, photographers, influencers, media partners and creative vendors
• Support member acquisition and retention initiatives
• Drive local PR and strategic brand partnerships
• Monitor campaign performance and market trends to optimise ROI
• Keep the brand consistent across all touchpoints

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, restaurants, private members clubs, hotels, nightlife or related fields
• Previous pre-opening or new-concept launch experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business or a related field preferred
