Group EHS Director – Military Aircraft Group

About the role

Moog is seeking a Group Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Director to lead the EHS strategy for its Military Aircraft Group. The role partners with executive leadership to develop and execute compliance frameworks, drive program delivery, and support global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own MAG EHS compliance across all sites, implementing standards, processes and communication tactics.
• Develop and manage EHS KPIs, change‑management systems and long‑term sustainment plans.
• Provide technical review and guidance on capital projects, compliance notices, acquisitions, leases and incident investigations.
• Track environmental matters, report SEC reserves quarterly and maintain executive reporting systems.
• Build EHS talent through career development plans and lead global EHS community engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety or related field; professional certifications such as CHMM, SMS or CSP preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing EHS experience and 5 years of people‑leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑country site portfolios, drive lean EHS programs and handle incident investigations.
