Groundskeeper (Lease Up)

About the role

The Groundskeeper (Lease Up) ensures the community’s physical appearance and curb appeal are maintained, supporting the service team and assisting with make‑ready processes.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect common areas throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet droppings and keep amenities tidy.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments, transport it to dumpsters or storage, and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor service requests, assist make‑ready specialists, and change locks per policy.
• Distribute resident notices, report hazards, and provide courteous customer service.
• Attend safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and report accidents promptly.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and be on call as needed.

Required skills

• Basic lock‑changing knowledge and ability to ensure pool gate safety compliance.
