Leasing Professional – Broadstone at Sierra Vista

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Broadstone at Sierra Vista community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing and resident services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness, and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.
