Groundskeeper for Wyldewood Gosling Community

About the role

The Groundskeeper ensures the community’s outdoor areas, amenities and overall curb appeal are maintained to Greystar standards. This full‑time, onsite position supports the service team and contributes to a safe, attractive living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet droppings and keep common areas tidy.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments, transfer it to dumpsters or storage, and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor service requests, assist the make‑ready specialist, and support the turn process.
• Change locks per policy and ensure pool gates operate safely and meet code requirements.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions and address maintenance complaints.
• Follow Greystar safety policies, attend safety meetings, complete OSHA training and report incidents.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays and take on‑call duties.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other properties for training or assistance.
