Graduate Engineer - Structural

About the role
Walter P Moore is looking for recent graduates from top engineering schools to join its structural engineering team. As a Graduate Engineer you will work on diverse architectural projects and benefit from an in‑house staff development program.
Key responsibilities
- Participate on design teams for commercial, sports, healthcare, education and public assembly buildings.
- Assist in the development of structural solutions using industry‑standard tools.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and clients to deliver high‑quality designs.
- Take part in the firm’s internal staff development and training initiatives.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
- Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) status or eligibility.
- Proactive attitude, strong organizational abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Required skills
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a plus.
