Global Transaction Banking Cash Management Sales

About the role

Santander is seeking a senior professional to lead cash management sales within its Global Transaction Banking division in the United States. The role focuses on originating, developing, and supporting cash management solutions for corporate clients, driving product innovation and market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Act as subject‑matter expert for cash management services, competitor offerings, and compliance regulations.
• Originate and support cash management sales across the U.S., managing transactions from inception through execution.
• Define and execute the product development roadmap, including customization, implementation, and servicing of cash management products.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, IT, Treasury, Change Management and Operations to establish procedures for new products.
• Maintain and generate reports on revenue, cost, profitability, and market penetration.
• Liaise with GAOs on marketing plans and promote partnership with the Corporate Banking team.
• Lead product‑enhancement projects from concept to launch.
• Evaluate new product opportunities and develop proposals to expand the bank’s offering.
• Create product documentation, user guides, customer communications and marketing materials.
• Maintain a roadmap informed by market analysis, competitive intelligence and customer research.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of cash management product development experience.
• Deep expertise in payments, receivables and liquidity management.
• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations affecting cash management.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
