Global Regulatory Engagement Leader

About the role

The Global Regulatory Engagement Leader will shape occupational health and safety regulations and PPE standards worldwide. Based in 3M’s Personal Safety Division, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to drive regulatory strategy and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team of regulatory specialists.
• Define and execute the global regulatory engagement strategy for OHS and PPE standards.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to create regulatory roadmaps for emerging regulations.
• Represent 3M with agencies, standards bodies, trade associations and policy makers.
• Communicate regulatory changes and translate implications into actionable guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 10+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, standards development, policy engagement or related technical roles.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with global, multicultural teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and track record of delivering projects on time.
