Global Quality Management System Analyst

About the role

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Global Quality Management System Analyst to support, maintain and improve its QMS across worldwide operations. The role ensures compliance with ISO 9001, customer and regulatory requirements while driving standardisation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the global Quality Management System (QMS).
• Develop, review and control quality procedures, work instructions, forms and process documentation.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including certification and surveillance audits.
• Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and verify their effectiveness.
• Monitor QMS performance metrics and prepare quality reports for operational and management reviews.
• Manage the internal audit programme for all global locations and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Support document‑control processes and ensure compliance with retention requirements.
• Facilitate management review meetings and follow up on action items.
• Assist process owners with risk assessments, process mapping and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Support training programmes related to quality system requirements.
• Maintain non‑conformance, corrective‑action and audit databases within the QMS software platform.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably electrical) or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with Quality Management Systems in a manufacturing environment.
