Global Program Lead, Corporate Social Responsibility

About the role

The Global Program Lead will own the end‑to‑end development and execution of TikTok’s global CSR narratives, campaigns, and signature programs. Reporting to the Global Head of CSR, you will streamline operations, align cross‑functional teams, and drive efficiency across all impact initiatives worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global impact narratives, storytelling strategies, and campaign roadmaps aligned with TikTok’s mission and four core pillars.
• Manage end‑to‑end program delivery for signature global programs, including stakeholder alignment, budget oversight, timeline tracking, and impact measurement.
• Standardize processes for campaign development, approval, and regional rollout to improve team efficiency.
• Lead internal and external communications for global impact programs, ensuring consistent messaging across markets.
• Conduct quarterly program reviews, report outcomes to leadership, and iterate strategies based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
• Oversee the global program budget, track spending, and allocate resources optimally.

Required profile

• Experience in program management, campaign development, CSR, or global marketing roles.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling global campaigns or programs across multiple markets.
• Strong project management skills with experience handling cross‑functional teams and complex budgets.
• Excellent storytelling and narrative development abilities for internal and external audiences.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience measuring program impact and reporting on KPIs to senior stakeholders.
