About the role

As the Manager of Global Product Marketing – Merchandise & Promo, you will drive category growth and consumer engagement by shaping strategic merchandise plans and promotional initiatives across the brand’s worldwide portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic merchandise plans for global gifts, apparel, accessories, beauty gift sets, GWPs, influencer gifting, and other promotional items.
• Create and present compelling product strategy briefs to senior leadership and cross‑functional partners to secure alignment on category vision.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product development process, ensuring milestones are met, budgets are adhered to, and high‑quality products are delivered on time.
• Continuously monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to identify disruptive innovation opportunities.
• Analyze category performance metrics and translate findings into actionable recommendations that drive business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product and promotional strategy within the beauty or consumer packaged goods industry.
• Proven track record of launching successful merchandise and promotional campaigns that boost sales and profitability.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret business performance, market data, and consumer insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
