Global Operate Business Development Pricing Manager

About the role

The Global Operate Business Development Pricing Manager joins the Global Operate Pricing & Commercial Deal Strategy team to design and coach commercial architectures for managed services engagements worldwide. This role involves leading financial and competitive research, shaping pricing models, and supporting pursuit teams with client‑facing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end deal coaching for lower‑complexity or lower‑TCV pursuits, from intake to commercial architecture sign‑off.
• Conduct five‑year client financial trend analysis, peer benchmarking, and earnings‑call transcript reviews to identify client challenges.
• Design recommended commercial architectures, combining baseline models (Time & Materials or Fixed Fee) with creative constructs.
• Coach pursuit teams in building and presenting commercial strategy presentations.
• Collaborate with financial modeling teams to reflect agreed‑upon commercial structures.
• Escalate complex commercial structuring questions to Senior Manager Deal Coach.
• Contribute to evolving deal‑coaching methodology, tools, and creative construct catalog.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in professional/consulting services, with exposure to pricing, commercial deal structuring, or financial analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced finance/business degree preferred.
• Experience designing commercial models for managed services, outsourcing, or business process transformation.
• Strong financial analysis skills, including multi‑year trend interpretation and peer benchmarking.
