Global Customer Support Intern - Summer 2027

About the role

ABB is hiring a Global Customer Support Intern for Summer 2027, reporting to the Sales Support Supervisor. The internship offers practical experience through various projects, with daily tasks performed as directed and opportunities to support ABB's operations. The work model is onsite or hybrid in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to support ABB's operations and complete projects on time.
• Use knowledge of customer needs and ABB's offerings to identify suitable solutions for clients.
• Take part in team meetings, brainstorming sessions and other collaborative work.
• Seek feedback and guidance from managers and team members to improve performance.
• Help develop, document and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales support processes.
• Create and maintain Power BI reports to track key performance metrics.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain or a related field in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• Ability to analyze complex situations, organize and prioritize tasks, and handle several tasks at once with high quality.

Required skills

• Critical thinking and strategic problem solving.
• Power BI for tracking performance metrics.

What we offer

• Pay of $20-$34 per hour, depending on qualifications, graduation year and experience.
• Onsite or hybrid work in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
