Global Business Process Owner – Sales & Service (Aftermarket)

About the role

Moog is seeking a Global Business Process Owner for Sales & Service (Aftermarket) to lead the definition, governance, and sustainment of global aftermarket processes during its Business Modernization Program ERP transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and approve global process standards and policies for repair, warranty, returns, service contracts, spare parts, and field service.
• Ensure ERP configurations align with approved global processes and maintain process documentation and governance frameworks.
• Act as co‑decision‑maker for process conflicts, approve exceptions, and ensure compliance with global standards.
• Collaborate with regional SMEs and process champions to harmonize processes and minimize local variations.
• Validate ERP configurations through integration and user acceptance testing and support change‑management activities.
• Monitor post‑go‑live performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in aftermarket or sales and services environments.
• At least 3 years leading distributed or global teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
• Must reside locally in the Buffalo, NY area for onsite work.

Required skills

• SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA experience.
• Understanding of the SAP Activate framework.
• Lean methodology and Six Sigma experience for continuous improvement.
