Gerente General

About the role

We are looking for a General Manager to lead the global operations of Politica, a company that designs and implements political and social solutions. The role is full‑time, onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area and involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute business plans aligned with the company’s strategy.
• Monitor key performance indicators and ensure project profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, financial analysis and control of expenses.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Business Development, Product and People functions to align priorities.
• Represent Politica with partners, clients and other stakeholders, driving new opportunities and enhancing brand reputation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in general management or operations leadership, managing teams and complex projects in dynamic environments.
• Strong knowledge of strategic planning, financial analysis, budgeting and KPI management.
• Negotiation, business development and alliance‑building skills.
• Excellent communication, collaborative leadership, change management and problem‑solving abilities.
• High proficiency in Spanish and good spoken and written English.
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Political Science or related fields; MBA or similar postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area and attend external meetings or events as required.
