General Manager, US

About the role

Circles is seeking an energetic, commercially driven General Manager to lead its US market operations, drive growth and own the regional business footprint. This senior leadership position requires a builder‑mindset eager to make a massive impact on a global stage.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership: drive regional revenue, margin management and overall financial health.
• Joint expansion: partner with the Field CTO to identify and capture new market opportunities, aligning commercial strategy with technical capability.
• Retention & renewal: build deep client relationships to secure long‑term contract renewals across the portfolio.
• Ecosystem & relationship management: act as the primary face of Circles, establishing high‑trust relationships with operators, regulators and enterprise partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of telecom experience driving growth in the US market, with strong understanding of BSS and OSS.
• Proven hands‑on experience in both B2C and B2B business models.
• Track record of owning and delivering substantial P&L targets, including business scale‑up or turnaround.
• Demonstrated ability to partner closely with technical leaders (CTO/Chief Architect) to sell complex technology solutions.
