About the role

Anthropic is seeking an experienced G&A Recruiter to partner with hiring managers across its General & Administrative functions. You will own full‑cycle searches ranging from high‑volume pipelines to strategic, senior‑level roles, while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for G&A functions, tailoring candidate profiles, compensation benchmarks, and assessment criteria to each segment and level.
• Switch seamlessly between high‑volume hiring and strategic senior searches without compromising quality.
• Manage a large requisition load across multiple hiring managers, using data and systems to prioritize, identify bottlenecks, and keep pipelines healthy.
• Build repeatable, scalable recruiting processes and leverage AI and automation to increase throughput.
• Integrate into existing hiring rhythms while providing market insight, calibration, and process improvements.
• Take accountability for hiring outcomes rather than activity metrics.
• Protect Anthropic’s culture by ensuring candidates align with the mission and possess the required capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven success recruiting across G&A role types (Finance, Legal, People, Operations) and understanding of differing profiles, compensation, and assessment criteria.
• Demonstrated ability to manage both high‑volume pipelines and strategic searches while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Experience handling heavy requisition loads across multiple hiring managers, using data to prioritize and surface issues early.
