Technical Recruiter – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

As a Technical Recruiter you will own the full‑cycle recruiting process in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, ensuring a high‑quality experience for candidates, interviewers and hiring managers. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and help shape Sierra’s talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruiting process, delivering a high‑quality experience for all stakeholders.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling position profiles and align on hiring priorities and timelines.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, communities, events and other channels.
• Identify, engage and close top technical talent in a competitive market.
• Manage and continuously optimise the interview process for efficiency, consistency and equity.
• Track, analyse and report on recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, time‑to‑fill and candidate experience, sharing insights with leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, high‑growth tech environment.
• Proven ability to design and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Well‑established network within the tech industry and passion for building new connections.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving organisational needs.
• Proficiency in using recruiting metrics and data to drive decisions and improve processes.
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work cross‑functionally.
