Future Talent Program – Spatial Biology & Multiplex Imaging Intern

About the role

The Future Talent Program offers a 10–12 week internship in the Research Labs Profiling and Expression department, focusing on spatial biology and multiplex imaging using the PhenoCycler‑Fusion platform.

Key responsibilities

• Support assay development and quality control, including antibody evaluation, conjugation, and staining optimization for the PhenoCycler‑Fusion platform.
• Collaborate on workflow automation with the Parhelia Spatial Station and partner with immunology, imaging, and data science teams for target validation and image analysis.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Biological Sciences or related field; graduate students (MS/PhD) are encouraged to apply.
• Available to work full‑time on‑site for 10–12 weeks starting May or June 2027 with strong analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Laboratory techniques: tissue culture, standard molecular biology, multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF), immunohistochemistry (IHC), antibody conjugation, fluorescence microscopy.
• Computational: programming in Python or R, digital pathology image analysis, computer vision, machine learning.
