Future Talent Program – Global Strategic Sourcing Intern

About the role

Join the Global Strategic Sourcing team in the Animal Health Division for a summer internship where you will work alongside industry experts to develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive value, efficiency, and innovation across a global supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed supplier and market analysis using data, reports, and technology trends.
• Support creation of sourcing strategies aligned with stakeholder requirements and KPIs.
• Develop cost models, purchase price analyses, and reports on category spend and savings.
• Assist in negotiation planning, execution, and post‑negotiation analysis.
• Support RFIs, RFPs, e‑Auctions and manage supplier contracts and performance metrics.
• Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to identify spend trends and generate insights.
• Explore emerging AI and digital procurement technologies to optimize workflows.
• Participate in project management activities and risk assessments.

Required profile

• Current sophomore or junior pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or related field.
• Commitment to a 10‑12‑week hybrid on‑site internship in the summer after Spring 2027.
• Demonstrated academic excellence and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• High integrity, ethical standards, and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
