Future Talent Program – Global Communications Intern

About the role

The Future Talent Program offers a 12‑week summer internship in Global Communications, supporting internal communications for major transformation initiatives, including AI‑enabled capabilities. Based in Rahway, NJ, the intern will work on a joint project with a fellow AI communications intern and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Human Health Communications team to deliver the U.S. customer engagement transformation communications strategy.
• Apply an AI‑first mindset, using generative AI tools for research, content creation and workflow efficiency.
• Support planning and execution of employee engagement events, including agenda development and video shoot coordination.
• Contribute to newsletters and quarterly messages by drafting, sourcing stories and managing edits.
• Conduct research on change communications practices and AI adoption to inform approaches.
• Help measure communications effectiveness through metrics such as open rates, click‑through rates and survey results.

Required profile

• Currently in junior year or above pursuing a relevant degree (e.g., Business, English, Marketing/Communications).
• Available full‑time for the summer months May‑August 2027.
• Strong writer able to translate complex technical information into clear language.
• Curious about organizational change and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
