Director, Global Oncology Marketing - Prostate Cancer

About the role

Exciting leadership opportunity on a critical new oncology asset in late‑stage development for metastatic prostate cancer. The Director will lead HCP strategy and launch for a brand‑new oncology asset with blockbuster potential.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional team in developing the HCP launch strategy for a new metastatic prostate cancer asset.
• Work with cross‑functional partners to develop product positioning, differentiation strategies and brand promotion messaging.
• Collaborate with promotional agencies, medical, legal and regulatory partners to implement the asset strategy.
• Serve as global launch planning lead, ensuring cross‑functional teams meet launch deliverables.
• Develop global forecasts and guidance for market forecasts.
• Partner with regional leaders to create a unified strategy that maximizes product value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) with a minimum of 8 years progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing, market access or related fields.
• Proven experience developing product strategy and leading launch initiatives in oncology.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and create long‑term, customer‑centric strategies.
• Financial acumen and comfort with forecasting in fast‑paced, time‑constrained environments.
