Associate Director Global Oncology Marketing Launch Excellence

About the role

The Global Oncology pipeline is poised to launch more than ten products in the next five years, driving significant patient impact and company growth. As Associate Director, you will lead launch planning for two to three priority oncology products, ensuring consistency, coordination, and efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead launch planning for priority products, defining milestones, resourcing, and ensuring successful execution.
• Drive strategic launch planning using the Launch Planning Tool and continuously improve related processes.
• Identify and mitigate launch readiness risks through dashboards and metrics, partnering with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
• Support knowledge management, best‑practice sharing, and global standards development for launch planning.
• Collaborate with Global Oncology brand teams and centralized functions to optimize cross‑enterprise planning.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical experience with strong commercial and business acumen.
• Proactive, inclusive leadership style with ability to influence without authority and build trust across teams.
• Demonstrated excellence in project management and launch planning, managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a results‑oriented mindset.

• Competitive salary range $156,900 – $247,000 with eligibility for annual bonus and long‑term incentives.
