Functional/BSA Lead - Oracle Fusion

About the role

Atlassian is hiring a Functional/BSA Lead for its engineering team, working remotely from San Francisco. The role leads enhancements to Oracle Fusion and Revpro, integrates them with other systems, and supports the Finance and Accounting operations teams globally. It is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with 100% telecommuting permitted.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance Oracle Fusion and Revpro to support business change, and integrate them with systems such as Salesforce, Stripe billing, Zuora Revpro, Blackline and Avatax
• Architect and design functional specifications for business applications used in process automation
• Manage the quarterly project roadmap and prioritise enhancements with transformation and cross-flow teams
• Coordinate with teams such as Commerce, Sales and Data Engineering to optimise processes and digitise solutions
• Work with SaaS vendors and contractors, driving half-yearly reviews
• Resolve production issues on Fusion and Zuora Revpro as part of "Run the Business"
• Administer, test and drive improvements and automation for Oracle Fusion to support global Finance and Accounting operations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Five years of post-bachelor's, progressive, related work experience
• Experience collaborating across Commerce, Sales, Data Engineering and Transformation teams
• Ability to evaluate multiple solution options from business process, technical and architectural viewpoints

Required skills

• Five years of Oracle Fusion Financials expertise, including configuration and enhancements
• System configuration in Oracle Fusion, Revpro and Avatax mapped to IT and business solutions
• Enterprise integrations using microservices, Workato and Camunda
• Integration of Fusion financials with new M&A systems
• End-to-end Order to Cash, Revenue Management or Tax subject matter expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP
