Full‑Time Forklift Operator

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking a Full‑Time Forklift Operator for its Henderson, CO service center. You will work on a roofed, non‑climate‑controlled dock moving a variety of freight safely in and out of 53‑foot trailers. The position offers an hourly rate of $27.21 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload freight from enclosed trailers using a forklift.
• Operate the forklift on a roofed dock while adhering to safety protocols.
• Read and follow manifests and interact with computer displays to track shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required profile

• Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Ability to read manifests and use a computer display.
• Prior forklift experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Dependable and able to work Monday‑Friday, 3 pm onward.
