CDL‑A Truck Driver – Local

About the role

RLC is seeking a full‑time CDL‑A City Pickup & Delivery (P&D) driver for its Henderson, CO service center. You will operate locally, making multiple stops each day, returning to the terminal each night and enjoying a home‑every‑day schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Perform city deliveries and pickups of freight on a scheduled route.
• Use scanning equipment to track shipments and interact directly with customers.
• Complete lift‑gate deliveries when required, operating an electric pallet jack.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and adhere to safety and DOT regulations.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A license with at least 1 year of combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in the past 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA military‑to‑civilian transition specs).
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Physical ability to bend, lift and stoop safely.

Required skills

• CDL Class A operation.
• Electric pallet jack handling.
• Haz‑mat handling or endorsement (preferred).
