Full‑Stack Engineer, Client Solutions

About the role

Rechat is building an AI‑native operating system for real‑estate brokerages. As a Full‑Stack Engineer on the Client Solutions team you will work directly with brokerage leaders to turn their needs into fast‑moving software prototypes and production features on Rechat’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls with executives, translate vague requests into clear specifications.
• Rapidly prototype solutions using AI‑assisted development and ship them to production.
• Build and maintain AI agents that act autonomously on data and APIs.
• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle: spec, prototype, launch, debugging, and support.
• Identify repeatable requests across clients and productize them for all users.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of full‑stack development experience with production‑grade code.
• Comfortable interacting directly with customers and turning vague needs into shipped features.
• Hands‑on, resourceful attitude; prefers shipping many useful items over perfecting a single one.
• Excellent spoken and written English; able to lead calls with senior stakeholders.
