About the role
Santander is seeking a Full Time Teller to join its Shillington branch. In this customer‑focused position you will handle daily banking transactions while delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
- Provide high‑quality customer service, minimize wait times and address banking needs.
- Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer appropriate bank products.
- Support branch operations such as audits, custodianship and maintain a clean work area.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months cash‑handling and customer‑service experience.
- Ability to follow policies, manage risk and work branch hours including evenings and weekends.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
