Full-Time Suite Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

As a Suite Attendant at Fairmont Kea Lani, you will ensure guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and inviting suite experience in a luxury oceanfront resort.

Key responsibilities

• Clean guest suites to Fairmont standards, including dusting, arranging belongings, turndown, and linen handling.
• Vacuum, mop floors, refresh garbage receptacles, and clean bathrooms, windows, and furnishings.
• Replenish amenities, polish surfaces, and move furniture as needed.
• Report any issues with mattresses, blankets, or equipment and complete special projects.
• Organize time to complete side work and maintain proper use of cleaning supplies.

Required profile

• Warm and caring personality with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Manual dexterity to operate housekeeping devices and cleaning equipment.
